Products Update Submission
Please use this form to submit architectural product news items for sponsored placement in the Architectural Products Update section of ArchitectureWeek.

Sponsorship fees for product news items are $495 for the same item in two consecutive issues, including 50 to 100 words of text, a 250x250 pixel large thumbnail linked to a full-size high resolution image, with a bold headline and a linked domain name. (One week, $290).

This is a great value as the sponsored item is mentioned in the email newsletter, published in the main body of the magazine web pages, and maintained indefinitely in the online archive. Product news item submissions are subject to editorial approval, and may be edited to meet publication standards. Fees are payable after item acceptance, in advance of publication.

Submission requirements are simple, and as indicated below. It may be helpful to review an example Products Update in preparation for your submission.

When your item is received at ArchitectureWeek, an automatic acknowledgement will be sent to you by email. We will follow up personally within three business days. If your placement is urgent, please note that in the comments fields below, and we'll do our best to respond accordingly.

Copyright Certification and License to ArchitectureWeek

ArchitectureWeek, Artifice, Inc., and Kevin Matthews shall have a perpetual non-exclusive worldwide license to publish the submitted image and text on the World Wide Web at ArchitectureWeek.com and any other web sites owned by Artifice, Inc., as well as on CD-ROM or other distribution media. The image may be published at different resolutions, exposures, sizes, and croppings. I (the submitter) authorize placement of a text imprint on the image, such as "ArchitectureWeek.com", for the purpose of deterring piracy.

By submitting this form, I warrant that I have the legal right to grant ArchitectureWeek, Artifice, Inc., and Kevin Matthews the assignment set out in this agreement and that such assignment does not infringe any third parties' rights.

I further warrant that there are no pending lawsuits concerning any aspect of the copyright and that the copyright has not been published in such a way as to lose any of its copyright protection.

In consideration of the rights assigned herein, ArchitectureWeek, Artifice, Inc. and Kevin Matthews warrant that for each publication of the image, appropriate and full credit will appear adjacent to the displayed image, except for thumbnail images and when an authorized third-party licensing agreement requires otherwise.

This Agreement is freely assignable by both parties. This Agreement is binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the legal successors and assigns of the parties.
