CINCINNATI STUDENT CENTER BY MOORE RUBLE YUDELL
As architects, we generally consider how a building meets the ground — in essence, we design a base that holds the building in place. But we seldom have to design this base while traversing a change in grade some 50 feet (15 meters) along nearly 500 feet (150 meters) of a building's length. Published 2012.0222

RECREATIONAL MORPHING
A generation ago, the University of Cincinnati was a commonplace American commuter school riddled with surface parking lots, the campus severed by a busy thoroughfare. Despite being nestled in the heart of a large city, it felt suburban. But over the ensuing years, the university has undergone a billion-dollar makeover. Published 2006.0426

ARONOFF ADDITION - A FIELD GUIDE TO META-NARRATIVES
I am often asked how I like the new Aronoff addition to the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning, designed by Peter Eisenman. After all, I work there every day and I am an architect.
Well, that's easy: I like it. It's airy and spacious, visually engaging, and reasonably functional. But, most important, it is entertaining to talk about. Published 2001.0103
