Adding URLs
The link submission form is for adding a link to the Web Directory system. Feel free to contribute any relevant items you wish. Submissions will be reviewed for appropriateness and to make sure the URL and category are correct and added to the main pages of the directory.
Start the process of submitting a link by exploring the directory to find the most relevant catgeory for your suggestion. Use the Submit a Site link at the bottom of that category page toopen the URL submission form.
The first field of the form is for the title of the page or site you are suggesting.
The second field is for the URL (universal resource locator), this is just
the address of the page, and must begin with http://
The third field of the form is
the ArchitectureWeek Web Directory category which your link will be added to. If you click the add button from within the category you want to add to it will be filled in
automatically. The final field is for a brief (limited to 240 characters)
description of the page, what it's about, the highlights, or anything else
you want to say about it. Please keep the description factual and concise.
Once you fill out all four fields press the button labeled "Add It" and
your submission will be added to the new links. These new links will be
reviewed by an administrator and added to the main pages. That's all there
is to it.
Go ahead and add all your favorite links, they'll be here just a click
away from you and the rest of the world as well. The web thrives on links
amongst pages, and hopefully the ArchitectureWeek Web Directory can be a contributing part of this. Thanks!
