    Curved Kitchen Cabinets

The Dune line of modular kitchen cabinets from Pedini is defined by its smooth, flowing forms. Whether configured for a corner, island, or galley, each unit is curved in plan, without corners, to facilitate kitchen workflow. The drawers and doors are handle-free, opening via a groove at the panel edge. The cabinets are available in natural or stained walnut, as well as matte, high-gloss, and textured lacquer. Complementary glass fronts also available. Countertop selection includes stainless steel, decorated glass, unicolor laminated, cristalan solid surface, and samsonite. Pedini's marine-grade waterproof cabinet box is made of FSC-certified 100%-recycled post-consumer wood, with low formaldehyde emissions.

    Roofing System

BASF and Carlisle SynTec are partnering on a high-performance roof combining Carlisle's Sure-White® FleeceBACK™ single-ply EPDM membrane with BASF's polyurethane insulating technology. The roofing components work together to create a monolithic, seamless blanket of waterproof insulation that acts as an air barrier and eliminates thermal bridging. The composite system is also resistant to wind uplift. Well suited for recovering aged gravel BUR or other asphalt-based roofing systems, Carlisle's SPF-245 polyurethane foam insulation is spray-applied to the prepared surface. Insulating FAST® Adhesive is then applied to bond the insulation and polyester fleece backing. Warranties are available for 10, 15, 20, or 30 years.

    Precast Concrete Fence

Artisan Precast of Los Angeles introduces the ChiselCrete® precast concrete wall, which imitates the look of hand-chiseled stone. As for all Artisan fences and barriers, the wall consists of steel-reinforced modular concrete components that interlock when installed. Engineered for durability, the system decreases the necessary foundation concrete and steel by as much as 35 percent compared to traditional masonry. Pigments are integrated into the concrete mix, so no painting or staining is needed. The panels are lighter weight than functionally equivalent brick, stone, CMU, or monolithic concrete panels. Casting molds are manufactured in the United States with VOC-free and mercury-free polymers.

    Induction Cooktop

Whirlpool's Jenn-Air Induction Cooktop offers high-performance features for the home kitchen. The 36-inch (91-centimeter) cooktop model features five induction elements, including a Dual Zone Induction Element with a maximum output of 5,000 watts and the flexibility of two element sizes in one position. The Sensor Boil feature provides an alert when water reaches the boiling point, and adjusts the power level to avoid boiling over. Bridge elements connect two elements to create a large combined cooking surface, accommodating larger pans and griddles. All elements have timers, hot-surface indicators, and control lockout for safety. Thirteen heat levels. Also available: 30-inch (76-centimeter) model.

    High-Volume, Low-Speed Fan

The Revolution® SP Fan from Rite-Hite Fans provides energy-efficient air circulation for commercial facilities. As a supplement to heating and cooling systems, this high-volume, low-speed (HVLS) fan can move air up to 50 feet (15 meters) from the unit's center in all directions. The quiet, slow blade rotation directs air outward in a conical shape, eliminating dead-air holes directly beneath the device and in building corners. Precision-milled aluminum hub and bolt. Vibration-absorbing material reduces stress to the hub by 50 to 75 percent. Polished aluminum blades come standard; custom colors available. BIM objects and architectural specifications also available. Easy to operate.
