    The Uptown Performance & Visual Arts Campus forms part of Columbia State University's RiverPark Campus. A former cotton warehouse was altered to house both visual arts and theater facilities. HGA designed the project, with Stevens & Wilkinson Stang & Newdow as architect of record.

    Alchemy designed a small facade addition for the Specs Optical shop in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The addition uses lighting and a faceted polycarbonate-panel design to draw attention to the store, which occupies a brick building on a busy multilane road.
