The Watts Sherman House (1874) in Newport, Rhode Island, by Henry Hobson Richardson, is an early example of this distinctive architectural "style." The Frank Lloyd Wright House (1887) in Oak Park, Illinois, is perhaps a better known example. What style am I referring to?
