Green Replacement for Concrete Block
Integrity Block™ is a sustainable replacement for conventional concrete block. Made from a proprietary soils composite, the compacted-earth block meets relevant ASTM (C-90) performance standards for load-bearing concrete masonry units (CMU). The blocks contain up to 50 percent recycled content, and production emits 40 percent less carbon dioxide than that of standard concrete blocks. The blocks come in natural soil colors, without any artificial dyes or pigments. One of BuildingGreen's 2008 Top 10 Green Building Products. Can contribute to LEED credits.

Zero-VOC Paint in 3,500 Colors
Natura™ Interior Acrylic Latex from Benjamin Moore is a zero-VOC paint available in thousands of colors. Zero-VOC paints have typically had restricted color options, because traditional colorants added the VOCs (volatile organic compounds). Natura is created using a waterborne colorant system that does not add to the VOC level. It is the "greenest" paint Benjamin Moore has manufactured. Natura is easy to apply, dries fast, has very little application odor, and is washable within days. The Natura range includes a primer plus three sheens: flat, eggshell, and semi-gloss. Available in all Benjamin Moore's colors; can be color-matched.

Building Resource Monitor
The Resource Monitor™ from Agilewaves is a web-based conservation system that continuously monitors conditions, tracks performance, provides historical trend analysis, and calculates carbon footprint. Real-time information about electricity, gas, and water usage and climate impact is displayed on a wall-mounted touchscreen or web page, helping home and business owners to manage their resource consumption and save money. The monitor can integrate natively with building control systems, such as those from Crestron®, AMX®, and Control4™, and when a preset resource usage limit is reached, signal the control system to shut off water, dim lights, lower blinds, and adjust thermostats.

Photovoltaic Cool Roofs
Carlisle Energy Services has contracted with Solyndra, Inc. to deliver photovoltaic systems for commercial rooftop installation with Carlisle's Energy Star®-certified cool-roof systems. When installed on a reflective white thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing membrane, the output of Solyndra photovoltaic (PV) systems increases up to 20 percent due to the increased collection of reflected and diffuse light. The air flow through the PV panels allow the roof to remain cooler that with other PV systems. The lightweight, non-penetrating PV system eliminates the negative impacts on roof life and performace associated with heavier, ballasted PV systems, and allows easy removal for roof maintenance or redeployment. Carlisle Energy Services is a division of Carlisle Construction Materials.

Green Kitchens
The Gaia kitchen line from Bazzèo is made completely from recycled and recyclable materials. Two options are available for door and drawer fronts and paneling: reconstituted oak veneer over a compressed laminate core, finished with a nontoxic water-based stain, or frosted glass mounted on an aluminum frame. Cabinet boxes are made from particleboard with 100-percent recycled and recovered wood fiber, glued with formaldehyde-free resin. The company recycles or reuses its manufacturing waste and cuttings. May contribute to LEED credits
