San Francisco, CA — November 3, 2008 — Hunt Hale Jones, a leading architecture, design and planning firm announced today that Michael Gould has joined the firm as the Urban Design/ Multifamily Studio Director.

Gould, who was previously the Director of Architecture at McLarand Vasquez Emsiek & Partners in Oakland, CA, brings over 20 years of architectural experience to his new role at Hunt Hale Jones. Notable examples of Gould's work include the award winning mixed-use project "Montebello" in Cupertino, the urban renewal project "Uptown Oakland Development," and the affordable apartment component of the larger mixed-income master planned community "Irvington Terrace" in Fremont.
Mr. Gould's leadership and expertise will play a strategic role in the expansion of the Hunt Hale Jones Urban Design/ Multifamily Studio.
Gould is a licensed architect in the states of California and Oklahoma. Gould received his Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Oklahoma.
