Structural Radiant Subfloor
Warmboard® radiant-heat subfloor combines a structural subfloor and a radiant panel into one component for radiant heating systems. A modular pattern of channels is cut into the top surface of a high-strength tongue-and-groove plywood sheet. A thick sheet of aluminum is then permanently bonded to each panel, providing a highly conductive surface. Low thermal mass ensures faster heating. Most framing details and structural considerations are identical to structures built without radiant heating. The panels can be glued, screwed, or nailed to the floor joists. Labor costs comparable to the installation of a standard subfloor. Panels can be cut with a standard circular saw with a carbide blade.

Building-Integrated Photovoltaic Laminates
EnergyPeak™ offers building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) laminate technology for standing-seam metal roofs. The UNI-SOLAR PV laminates are lighter weight than their polycrystalline counterparts and more efficient in low-light conditions, as well as being strong enough to be walked on and flexible enough for curved standing-seam applications. BIPV laminates can be applied to panels at the roofing manufacturer's plant to reduce installation costs. Architects can specify any of several pre-designed systems, ranging from three kilowatts to 129 kilowatts, which include AutoCAD® drawings and part numbers for electrical drawings. A new return-on-investment (ROI) calculator is available. The laminates come with a 20-year warranty.
