O'DONNELL + TUOMEY AT TEMPLE BAR Irish architects Sheila O'Donnell and John Tuomey spent a decade on three projects in the Temple Bar quarter of Dublin, Ireland. Their work sensitively transformed a single block (centered on a Quaker Meeting House, itself an adaptation of 17th-century structures) with new homes for the Irish Film Center, the National Photographic Archive, and the Gallery of Photography.
