    Low-Profile Track Lighting

Tangent from Lightolier is a low-profile line voltage track lighting system that combines extruded aluminum and clear polycarbonate. It can be used in variety of configurations, including straight-run arrangements and architectural curves. The side-by-side busbar design allows the track to be surface-mounted flush to ceilings and walls for a streamlined look. Available in three track styles: surface-mounted, suspended in a solid I-beam, or suspended in a perforated truss. A selection of stylish low-voltage fixtures is available.

Designer Tiles Combine Glass and Recycled Aluminum

Erin Adams Design presents Luna, a new line of glass-and-aluminum tiles. Circles of colored glass are nested in aluminum frames with brushed, sandblasted, or vibrated finishes. The tiles are handcrafted in six-inch (15.2-centimeter) widths and in heights from one to six inches (2.5 to 15.2 centimeters). The glass is available in 36 colors, and both tile size and color can be customized. The aluminum is 100 percent recycled content, and the production process employs recycled car oil for heating.

Caroma Urinal in BuildingGreen Top 10

The Cube³ Ultra urinal from Caroma has been selected by BuildingGreen as one of the Top 10 Green Building Products for 2007. This high-efficiency urinal introduces a liquid-sensing automatic flushing mechanism that detects usage rather than motion to activate the electronic flush valve. An integrated logic system prevents accidental flushing to ensure water savings. The flush volume is a low one pint (0.5 liters). The high-gloss vitreous china surface resists discoloration and makes cleaning easy. Concealed components create a sleek aesthetic and reduce the risk of vandalism, while hands-free operation improves hygiene.
