Classic Home 002.
This plan indicates a dwelling somewhat like a compact four-room house, but providing considerably more living space. Exterior construction is straightforward stucco, and the use of Spanish-type garden walls is indicated as adding considerably to the size and architectural effect of the house. On the first floor there is a dining room, where the four room house would just have an alcove, and upstairs is a cozy deck.
