    Bracket-Mounted Gutter System

The RHEINZINK® snap-lock bracket system offers a secure gutter-mounting option that is quick and easy to install. The C-profile bracket-mounting rail fastens easily onto the fascia or roof edge. Gutter brackets then snap into the rail. The system supports half-round gutters, which snap into the brackets. RHEINZINK gutters and downspouts consist of a titanium-zinc alloy that is 100-percent recyclable and has been used extensively throughout Europe for decades. They are available in three finishes: Bright Rolled, Pre-Weathered Pro Blue Gray, and Pre-Weathered Pro Graphite Gray.

    Lower-Emission Plywood and Composites

Timber Products Company introduces the GreenT™ line of hardwood-finished composite wood products, available with a special no-added-urea formaldehyde resin to limit off-gassing. The panels meet or exceed many requirements of green-building programs, such as the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED program. Panels are available with three different core materials: Arreis™, an MDF core product with a core of 100-percent post-industrial recycled wood fiber; Veneer Core; and Particleboard Core. The GreenT line also includes SpectraBoard, Decorative Overlays, Particleboard, and Door Core.

    Modular "Silvus" Sconce

Ivalo Lighting introduces Silvus, a modular LED lighting-fixture family designed by Roger Duffy, FAIA, and his design studio at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). Silvus evokes the qualities of light filtered through a forest canopy. The diaphanous lens, clusters of light points, branching stainless-steel support, and carved interior surfaces combine to create a laminar effect. Digitally controlled LED lamps are available in white, red, green, blue, mixed-color, or the digital "millions of colors" option. These modular units may be used alone or in a group or field pattern (pictured). Each unit measures 24 x 13 x 6.25 inches (61 x 33 x 15.9 centimeters). For interior and exterior applications.

    Residential Touchless Faucet

ShowHouse® by Moen® has introduced Destiny™ — a sleek, hands-free bathroom faucet for the home. The simply-styled spout produces a sheeting flow of water when its infrared sensors detect motion. Because it runs only when needed, the Destiny faucet conserves water. The touchless activation also limits the spread of germs. Destiny meets ADA requirements for accessibility. Complementary chrome-finish bath accessories are available.

    Innovative Wall Panel System

The accel-E™ Steel Thermal Efficient Panel (S.T.E.P.) Wall System combines cold-formed steel framing and expandable polystyrene into prefabricated structural insulating panels. The proprietary production technology creates a single, easily installed system to replace traditional framing, insulation, and sheathing components. The system improves building energy efficiency and the panels are recyclable, contributing points toward LEED certification. The materials are resistant to fire, mold, mildew, and termites. Panels are prefabricated for each project's specifications. Available in a variety of thicknesses, in widths ranging from 5.5 to 8 inches (14 to 20.3 centimeters), and in heights up to 48 feet (14.6 meters). From Accelerated™ Building Technologies, LLC, a company formed by Dietrich Metal Framing and NOVA Chemicals.
