The community will offer 139 residential lots slated for approximately 180 homeowner-built housing units, including single-family homes and multiunit buildings. Existing features preserved on the 32-acre (13-hectare) site include a creek, 80 percent of the trees, and seven commercial buildings, which will be refurbished for uses such as a community theater, wellness center, restaurant, and shops.
