    MEETING ENVIRONMENTAL CHALLENGES

In recognition of Earth Day in April 2005, The American Institute of Architects and its Committee on the Environment announced the recipients of an award to architectural and “green” designs that protect and enhance the environment. The building reflects the college's commitment to interdisciplinary teaching and to environmental advocacy. Next week we'll look at the other environmental exemplars.
