    Location: Fayetteville, Arkansas
    Date: 1998

    Program: Living/dining/kitchen area, master bedroom, sitting area, study, family room, guest bedroom, 3 bathrooms
    Area: 3174 square feet (295 square meters)

    Structural System: Wood frame with cast-in-place concrete piers, steel frame at first-floor west elevation
    Mechanical System: Gas-fired boiler unit

    Major Exterior Materials: 1/2-inch (1.25-centimeter) "SuperPly" A/C exterior plywood with painted milled horizontal redwood battens and trim (painted aluminum at vertical joints and corners), architectural grade shingles on 3/4-inch (1.9-centimeter) CDX roof deck on 2 x 4 scissor trusses at 24 inches (61 centimeters) on center

    Major Interior Materials: Drywall, painted wood trim, local white oak strip flooring, limestone tile (foyer, kitchen, bathrooms), maple cabinets

    Doors and Hardware: Birch, Schlage
    Windows: WeatherShield wood windows (painted), fixed insulating glass

    Appliances and Equipment: Kenmore (refrigerator, stove)
